Route description:

The route leads from Karlova Studánka, through the romantic valley of the Bílá Opava River, to the highest peak in Moravia, Praděd. Karlova Studánka boasts an over 200-year history of spa culture. Thanks to is geographic location in the centre of the Jeseníky Mountains, its spas earned renown for their unique mountain climate. From the waterfall at the upper car park in Karlova Studánka, take the yellow and blue route to the valley along the Bílá Opava River – the most beautiful mountain stream in the Jeseníky. The tallest waterfall on the Bílá Opava is eight metres high! After a challenging climb along the yellow route you will reach Ovčárna, where the route merges onto an asphalt road, from where the red route will take you to the peak of Praděd.
