Poet Petr Bezruč is one of the many who have scaled the peak of Lysá Mountain. Follow in his footsteps! Lysá Mountain never disappoints, no matter the season. The journey from Malenovice to Lysá Mountain and back to Ostravice is hemmed by the Lysá Hora Nature Trail. Its fifteen stops and two informational boards at the top of the mountain offer an abundance of information about the bandit Ondráš, master of Lysá Mountain, as well as about the local flora and fauna, about the Beskydy forest, about the dangers and victims of the mountain, about the largest waterfall in the Beskydy Mountains, and about its caves. Lysá Mountain is the symbol of the Moravian-Silesian Beskydy Mountains, as well as a traditional tourist destination.
