Day 13 centers around fabric, folklore, and local expertise. The Travel Vlogger team starts the day in Strážnice, where they visit a century-old, family-run, hand-dyed fabric shop. The guys also get a lesson on traditional folklore costumes and the factors that determine the designs.
Unfortunately, Brian runs into tire trouble again. They manage to find a bike repair shop, and the locals go out of their way to save the team some time. Local knowledge comes in handy again just eight kilometers later, with pronunciation from Petr of the name Uherské Hradiště.
Zdeněk, another local, takes the guys to Velehrad, the second-largest church in the Czech Republic. Finally, a beer break helps loosen the joints for the final leg of the ride to Otrokovice, home of a pub and pension devoted to a different kind of biker.
This route is perfect for learning about fabrics and folklore of the Czech Republic. Next up, the last day of the journey brings in some special shoes, hats, and edible ears.
